| There is no english version of the mark X manual. This car was only sold new in Japan and some asian countries so they would not have made an English one. Best solution is get a local Toyota double din head unit and replace the Japanese one. Toyota double din side is different from usual. Or you can get facia plates that adapt the Toyota sized hole to a standard double din, then fit a stadard double din headunit like Sony. Or if you must you can use one with sat Nav built in. You will need wiring adaptor too. Here in nz we can buy the facia adapters and wiring adapters, but elsewhere eBay is your best bet I think. Then you will have english unit to use. For details on engine servicing just look up the equivalent Lexus IS MODEL WHICH USES SAME ENGINE. that will tell you what oils to use etc. They need top quality oil, usually 5/30 but varies according to heat in your country. You must use the red super long long life coolant recommended for Toyota. |
