| Gearbox computer (TCM). Fairly common fault, sounds to me like your car is going into 'limp home' mode. Can't indicate cost, but about NZ$1000 here. Not difficult for DIY. |

| Visit M+H garage behind TRM (Willy Abuga) get the TCM replaced. |
