Arrow Toyota Offering Incentive on New Trucks

Toyota offers Tundra deal to dealers

Toyota is offering dealers in the US $2,000 to purchase base-model "B-cab" editions of its redesigned Tundra pickup. The truck was redesigned for the 2007 model year to better compete with domestic automakers in the full-size truck war.

The company kicked off the program this week offering its 1,200 dealers in the US the incentive to better motivate them to purchase the new Tundra for use as a parts delivery truck. Toyota spokesman Bill Kwong says the program is a way to gain exposure for the new Tundra, which went on sale last month. The company is looking to boost its sales of the truck by 60 % this year.
