Mitsubishi launches Raging Bull

Mitsubishi has launched a special edition of Britain's best-selling pick-up called the L200 Raging Bull, which it claims will save buyers ??2000 on equipment.

The special edition L200, produced in conjunction with England rugby captain Phil Vickery's Raging Bull clothing company, features extra chrome styling at the front and a rear step bumper to aid entry to the load bed.

In addition, the Raging Bull logo is on the driver and passenger doors and stitched into the leather seats. The pick-up is only available in red.

The L200 Raging Bull is based on the Warrior model, which is powered by a 134bhp 2.5-litre diesel engine. The car is available with a five-speed manual gearbox or four-speed automatic.

The 500 L200 Raging Bulls on sale will retail at ??19,249 plus VAT, first registration fee and Vehicle Excise Duty.

The price is ??2000 more than a standard L200 Warrior, but Mitsubishi says that the extra equipment fitted would normally cost ??4000.
