Column: Speedweeks Shows Need for Change
Fontana: Chevy NASCAR Truck Qualifying Recap ?“We had a pretty strong first lap in our Silverado today during qualifying. The truck was really building up some momentum for out second lap when the truck got too tight in the center of the corner and washed us right up the track. Instead of putting it into the fence we just kept our first lap. It???‚¬?„?s not quite where we???‚¬?„?d like to start but we will improve our position in the race. It???‚¬?„?s ironic that we are starting in the 15th spot in the No. 15 Bowen Family Homes Silverado and we are pitting in the No. 15 pit stall. I???‚¬?„?ll count that as good luck but I hope to have a better finish then 15th. Our goal is a solid top-10 if not a top-5 finish.???‚¬
