I need to get some pics of Nissan Terrano's front and rear views and Nissan NAVARA's, to use for a Court case where a policeman claims I was driving a NISSAN NAVARA too fast down a road.
My vehicle is a 2 door two tone grey Nissan TERRANO and there was a silver coloured Nissan 4wd that sped past me after I turned into the long street where the policeman then flagged me down.
I was travelling at 60 k and towing a trailer.
The other Nissan was travelling faster along the four lane dual carriageway road that I had just turned into, and it sped up and overtook me as I was driving 3 house fronts along the road from the corner where I had entered the street.
I have had my spedometer checked by a specialist at a cost of over $400 and my spedometer was faulty to some degree but NOT enough to give a reading of 74 k when I was travelling at 60k according to the spedometer at the time.
My passengers and I could all see the spedometer before the policeman flagged me down and it DEFINATELY read 60k which was the correct speed to be travelling at.
I am sure I could not have gained a speed of 74k when travelling carefull towing the trailer.
My passenger and I think that the policeman has taken the speed reading from the silver Nissan that passed me, and then booked me, for that vehicles speed.
I emailed the local Nissan dealer about my need for pics of different models, and why I needed them, and they did not even bother to answer my email.
If anyone can help with clear pics of Terrano 1996 front view and rear and any Nissan Navara front and rear viewsI I would really appreciate it.
