I'm in search for a Nissan Television commercial.

It was for the Teana, Japanse market. The year probably 2005.
The soundtrack is "Smooth Operator" originally by Sade, here sung by Basia.

If anybody could tell me where I could find / search for this one, it's highly appreciated.
