German police stop Renault Twingo with 10
German police said Friday they had fined 10 people who were crammed into a tiny Renault Twingo car which was stopped during a routine traffic control in western Germany.
Seven children and three *****s were packed into the tiny city car as they travelled to a birthday party, local police chief Frank Hey told AFP.
They were fined 40 euros each (580 dollar).
"Nobody had their seat belt on and there were no child car seats," he added.
The 29-year-old driver had forgotten her driver's licence as well.
