Arrow Renault Scenic Conquest

Renault Scenic Conquest

An off-road version of the Renault Scenic MPV will go on sale from the end of June.

The Scenic Conquest looks tougher than other models in the other models in the range and it will be able to travel further off the beaten track than most of them. The gorund clearance is 20mm higher than standard, the wheels move further on the suspension, the anti-roll bars are smaller than usual and the ESP and traction control settings have been modified to make them more suitable for off-roading.

There are skidplates front and rear, with along with sill guards on the sides, while up top the Conquest gets longitudinal roof bars to help carry outdoor leisure equipment.

The Conquest is available to order now at ??17,945 for the 2.0 VVT 136 petrol model and ??19,135 for the 1.9 dCi 130 turbo diesel. Two further engines will be added to the range in September. Renault says there will be no Conquest version of the larger Grand Scenic.
