Problems:every 20 kms of running, my 1997 lite ace over heat, d radiator is newly overhauled ang water pump is new, no water leak.

have you check if the water is gushing out when you revved your engine while the radiator cap is open, if it does check your cylinder head gasket. if its ok, check the thermostat and the clutch fan if its running full speed if not check it
