| General comments: | I have had terrible service from Lusaka on my Touran 5 months the vehicle has been with them the day they give it back with a huge bill they say sorry we can't fix the problem.when drive in general the vehicle I see it getting hot.Returned it to them again and said something is wrong. The thermostat was never replaced.Thinking to myself what else was not done properly as the vehicle is with them again for nearly a month. This is the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. They should not be working on vehicles if the do not know what they doing. After paying over 23 000 kwacha I have more problems than before |
| What things have gone wrong with the car: | The car is now over heating and gears will not ingage as before when it was in sport mode it drove perfectly |
