Starting problems when it is in normal temp. 2001

| General comments: | Problems symptoms Not starting when on normal temp. When switched off Petrol(fuel) smells from the back of the car.( When I open rear door to take my sleeping kids out I smell it) Now to start it when normal temp, I crank the safe starter normally and won`t start , I turn off the key and put on IGNition again, I hear a riley switch from the dashboard( the plasic part where you insert the key, under steering base) and then starts normally. Also noticed consumption is a bit expensive lately. |
| What things have gone wrong with the car: | There are 2 things in my mind after servicing the injectors at a professional shop. Or the MAP sensor which causes the fuel pump to go weird or the fuel pressure regulator. What is your opinion please? |
