| General comments: | Already 3year old car but miles only 21000km .I live Nissan Latio but steering knocking sound causing me feel very-very uncomfortable. |
| What things have gone wrong with the car: | My Latio car problem is the steering has the knocking noise and vibration when owner make turn or reverse the car.I already sent my car to service central Johor Bahru ,Plentong for several time and already change the steering coupler but the problem could not rectified and resolve until today.Now become more worse. Why? Very sad.Paying almost 93k automobile but gave the bad service and bad quality.Another issue I need to complain why only 3 year old car have rusted issue at right side bottom signal.Before already sent to service central for touch up but now the problem appear at same location.why?I like my Latio but the above problem cause me feel very -very uncomfortable .I hope I am looking forward for your reply as soon as possible to solve my issue.Thanks in advance. |
