| General comments: | I bought this car with 206,000 miles on it (no mistake 206,000 miles) and it runs flawlessly. I had rust and some dent damage to contend with, but it is a wondeful, fun-to-drive, hot little fuel saver (in this Bush-wacked high-gas-price era). Rated by the government as getting 49/52 mpg (in 1991), I have been able to acheive (w/206,000 on the odometer) 44/50 mpg (in 2006). Never has the saying, "they don't build them like they used to" been more appropriate. |
