Problems:Brakes peddal stopping halfway down then moving downwards with further pressure oh the peddal.
Previous car:Toyota Surf 1992 model.

sounds like a basic brakes problem. if you have to keep pressing the pedal down further to maintain braking pressure, you've probably got yourself a brake system leak and that should be checked first. if your brake system is holding all of it's fluids, bleed it out. there may be air bubbles in one or more lines. if that gets you no results, replace the master cylinder or distribution assembly. that should solve your problem.
