I made following additions to over come heating problems

1. Added electric fan in the shroud it helped over heating in trafic jams.

2. Added two more radiators coupled with ac condensor at front.

3. added 12v water pump tp circulate water from additions radiators

Problem solved if air con is not used in day time at night no overheating with AC on

Now I am rebuilding engine and machinist have find out that water inlet is blocked where thermostat is placed although thermostat was removed but the water flow passage was still tight so he will remove that plug type thing from the inlet. After engine is rebuild will no the result.

your van has 2 radiators isnt it?the one near the engine has a fan..the other one is down nearbthe front bumper under the aircon condenser. It is designed for cold places like japan. You must add one big fan in it. That radiator near the condenser dont have fan..it only relies on the fan of condenser. It is not sufficient to cool down the said radiator.
