well the problem is due to the less power of platz engine and when ac is on the correct power reqiured for the brake booster is never there. results in almost jammed brake paddle at low speed and reduced performane at high speed. got to live with it. good luck:)

Hi!

I was having same problem, as Mostly Cars are been running on CNG in Pakistan; and this CNG kit need Electrical energy as well as Engine Air intake also been compromised. As If AC need to on then not much energy left that we suffer hard break condition.

As recently I have done over haul of Break system and changed both front Break PAD and Rear Break Shoe.

Now here is the solution with little tricky but perfect solution.

1 - As There is automatic adjustment in rear wheel you mechanic need to adjust this up to optimum level and this may not touch drum and not too low that you need to press extra break pedal low.

2 - You must get bleed and remove all air in line .

Rest all Japaneses imported car have ABS system. that will take care its self.

AS Toyota Platz 1000cc have "1FE-SZ" engine this trick will make little Vacuum much effective that you will feel difference. compromised "Electrical power lost" and "Air Flow intake" will be enough and compensate you breaking performance.
