Problems:	the alarm is clicking on 3 times instead of just once. but then again it doesnt always do this, but when it clicks on once, give or take an hour and the alarm start blasting.

It is possible that one of the alarm sensors is being exposed to water. The water will cause the sensor component to be grounded when it makes contact with both the vehicle body and the sensor (eg: sensor under the hood or in trunk in water runoff areas. I had the same issue with an 07 vitz. I had to relocate the hood sensor for my alarm.

If your alam goes off and you car at time gives extra sounds, that is a dead computer box,replace it and you are sorted, door modulators=no extra sound but the car just dream and play alam. Water=no water takes a week grounding your sensor, two drives to town separate days should dry it.
