1999 Subaru Legacy Wagon automatic transmision fluid problems

Problems:The ATF for this car was changed about 2months ago and since then I have been experiensing delays in changing the gears. Some times it changes but at times it does not change the gears. You can also hear some funny dry and hising sound in the gearbox when the car is moving freely on a highway.

this is faulty solenoid shift valve caused by using poor quality fluid that led to slipping clutch assembly due to lack of enough fluid pressures. caused by the sticky valves the clutch plates tends to wear hence the noise.remedy is to change the faulty valve,clutch plate assembly and put the correct grade of automatic fluid.
