1995 Subaru Legacy speedometer not working problems

| Problems: | Speedo meter not working. I checked the Speedo sender/speedometer it's working. When I open the speedo sender unit the plastic things inside the transmission is freely rotating.How I can change the parts inside. we need to oper the transmission? please advise me the part name and where i can buy. can you provide me a diagram for the above. | |
