1992 Subaru Legacy fuse box/ parking lights problems

| Problems: | About 2 months ago, I noticed when I turned my car off, the parking lights stayed on. The only way I could get them off was to pull the fuse for the lights. If I do that however, My interior lights, brake and headlights fail to work, so I have to keep taking my fuse in and out. Very annoying. Any suggestions? |

| Need to know where the fuse for the cigarette lighter is, and my front drivers side light keeps going out. (the low beams) Also my dashboard lights are not working. HELP! Thank you. |
