Ssangyong sport 2020 problems

| Problems: | the car stopped i sent it to the repair center for 5 days they didn`t know what happened then they told me it`s the control key but they don`t have it i have to wait for 3 months then they told me that they found scratch on the battery so it`s out of the warranty how come? they had the car at the repair center for 5 days ?who did this on the battery? how come that the only repair center in Egypt doesn`t have a spare parts for the car? more of that i have to pay 100 e.p a day my insurance for the car is with them ssangyong egypt for 3 years? i can`t find any contact for ssangyong Korea? | |
