1994 Renault 19 heat and heat gaugle problems

| Problems: | Hi I have heat problem with my car. When i am driving at 100 kph it is ok but if i will drive 120 kph it is closing up to max. range. And also when i turn the lights on you can see the heat gauge moving one level more and when u turn off the lights it is moving back one level. Please help me. | |
