| General comments: | I have discussed the problem with a number of car mechanics but I am not satisfied with the sulutions they suggested as the are all illitrate and my common sence did not accept their solutions which are as follows: 1. Replace Springs with heavier ones. 2. Put spacer with springs 3. Replace genuine wheels whith the wheels with bigger diameter( It sounds rational but the solution is more costly than a little increase in hight of car floor from he ground) | |
| Problems: | Its floor or some other part of body strikes down while crossing the road humps | |
| Previous car: | This is my first car | |

| I had the same problem with my Vitz 2003. I put the spaces, and phew! The problem is gone for good. |

| Hi how are you doing. I could help but read this advice. ihave the same issue i put new front shock but still getting that knocking sound when going over a hump, a small pot hole etc. Is there something i can do to stop it. Your comment said to add spacers but where about. Thanks Nathan |

| I opted both 1. Replace genuine springs with larger ones 2. Replace shocks absorbers now feeling better |
