| My vehicle Nissan Wingroad 2003 had the same problem of acceleration. It was not picking up but could only move through idling. I consulted my first mechanic (early 30's) and the problem degenerated lower to a point where the vehicle was not starting. I pulled my car and packed at my workplace pondering on the next step. Fortunately I got to meet another technician (in his 50's) working for an airline company but with a lot of experience on engineering Range Rover Cars. It was simple for him: acceleration problem can only be brought by throttle issues and nothing more: throttle sensor, acceleration sensor and anything to do with throttle. He had all the tools to test the sensors and it had happened to be all in working condition. so the next step was the power connection for all throttle related components. and there we were, the relay for the throttle sensor had blown and was not working. Guess what! He could repair the relay and even the sensor if it were not working! A simple solution he gave and within two hours of meeting him my car was up and running and accelerating too! I can get you his contacts if need be. |

| My 2002 wingroad after driving for 20 minutes it starts to jerk and doest not accelerates well,and after a few minutes it shows th check engine sign and stalls after about 5 minutes the cars starts again but misfiring.this problem becomes more persistant when driving on a rough road I have changed plugs but still had same problem. One day my mechanic changed the fuses and it run very well for a week untill i drove for long on a rough road and the problem came back again |
