It could be having a problem with its fuel filter because as you have said that the engine stops at a low speed when there is a minimum acceleration which means that the infinities settle on the fuel filter blocking the fuel from flowing smoothly resulting to little or no fuel flowing to the engine and then it stops.
Now the solution is to change the fuel filter, remove the fuel tank, and empty it, clean it so that all the infinities are removed and then return it back and install an new fuel filter. By doing that, fuel will be flowing smoothly to the engine without any blockage.

b 4 u do what paul said you should try cleaning the throttle
body. just take the air cleaner hose line from the intake and you'll see this door like thing moving when you pull the accelerater cable.try cleaning inside that with carburetor cleaner. it might solve the prob.
