General comments:Hi,

I had a very bad experience with Nissan Service Centre, Industrial Area.

It has been noticed that all the Service Advisors are not cooperative. However the issue is with the advisor on the terminal 3 he was wearing a double mask and gloves and the supervisor as well. On the entrance I directed to the guy on the front of the door when he send me the terminal 3 advisor that he wasn't happy at all as he looks to greater guy with a very bad looking like why you send him to me and not to another terminal as it was not busy at all.. he was very rude advisor.. not a single word at all.. he was very bored like he was forced to take terminal... then he surprise me with the price which was 700 qr for a single peace of plastic as I was checking the plastic AC cover for a tida Nissan 2006 !!! all most 1000 qr ... I can't believe... when I asked him for double check he send me to the supervisor.. even he doesn't explain any thing to me like he doesn't wants head ec... go to the supervisor... that what he said.. then I went to the supervisor.. he was more rude than the advisor.. he was speaking on his mobile and when i reach him and i asked him for help he said .. wait !!! As he was busy on his mobile!!! I was chocked as a supervisor ask a customer to wait until he finish his call.. may be a family call or maybe a friend call.. then this supervisor was doing his own business inside Nissan sevices... that was really unprofessional at all.. as a customer I was very upset cause this matter as inside this Nissan service the customer experiance is null....even he didn't ask sorry and he didn't say anything... he went inside and he call an Arabic Egyptian guy.. I asked an email for complaint but they gives me a mobile number first and when I insisted they gives me an email.. that was really a very bad and unprofessional experiance...I'm wondering how those staff are working in a such big compony... first step is make a plan to sell my Nissan car and my next car will not be a Nissan for sure.. I will inform all my friends about this experiance and I will share it with all people I knows..
