I suggest people who AREN'T providing assistance take their spam dating attempts elsewhere as I am also suffering from similar car issues and can't find an answer. Anyone able to provide ACTUAL help to this issue??? thanks :)

your problem is or was your throttle position sensor or fly by wire sender. cheap part available on e bay. try disconecting your battery for 20 mins and if problem goes away for a while then comes back it definately the tps. if it makes no difference it maybe the fly by wire position sensor.
