2006 Lincoln Zephyr engine cooling fan will not turn off problems

| General comments: | I'm not sure if there is a quick fix or should I take it in to a dealer? | |
| Problems: | After arriving from the store yesterday, I parked my car and noticed that the engine fan was still running. Some time later, I went back to the car and the fan was still on and it had drained my battery. However, the fan was still running, so I disconnected the battery. I pulled the fuse out and the fuse box began to hum. | |
