| Problems: | Hello, we bought a Kia sportage on 10/31/2023. From the beginning, we have had a problem with using a mobile phone through the car. The problem is this... If more than one phone is registered to the car, the conversation is switched to the phone by itself, even though we don't want it to. It only works properly if only one phone is used. The breakdown was reported to the seller from whom we bought the car and it was serviced by an authorized repairer. They did an update, but that didn't solve the problem.
