2004 Kia Pregio engine screech on starting from cold problems

General comments:No other problems just a high level screech or shriek from somewhere in the engine area when starting from cold and the accelerator is pressed quickly
Problems:Van has been fully serviced and runs well. However when starting from cold the engine screeches when the accelerator is pressed quickly for a second . After few seconds idling and accelerator pressed there is no problem. Starting from warm or hot is no problem. The screech when the accelerator is pressed is almost as though the engine is waiting for oil to circulate but the oil level is ok.

The 'screech' is not from inside the engine. It is the slippage of the drive belts (aircon., alternator, cooling fan) momentarily during cold engine start. When the entire engine and exterior reach normal operating temperature and dimensions, this problem should not occur. Check belts for condition and correct tension, alighnment of pulleys etc., This will help solving the problem.
