2004 Kia Pregio very hard to start slow turning problems

| Problems: | hi i think the timing is out we removed the fuel pump after someone put inncorrect fuel in , had it repaired and refitted , it was turning over very slow as if pressurising, we have replaced battery/starter motor/glow plugs/and injectors when towed it starts and when warm starts all day . our fitter is confident that timing is out so i require a set up diagram many thanks | |
