Jacking problem on vw passat 1992 in Kenya

| Problems: | my VW jacks when the rpm are between 2000 and 2500. that gives you a speed of about 80 kph. the jacking feels like there's cavitation in the fuel system. i have changed the fuel pump and the the ignition coil and no change noticed. please note the problem is intermittent. i can go for a day without it and then it comes back. when it starts jacking, the remedy is either stepping on the gas fully or retarding below 2000 rpm. please help. munyori | |
