| SCV is not swivel control valve but instead its "Supply Control Valve". Since the Toyota 1AZ-FSE is e Fuel Stratified Engine, the valve might be starving your engine of correct fuel supply necessary to power it. |

| Would the scv valve be located on top of the fuel pump on the rocker cover |
