1993 Toyota Crown 2jzge engine idle extremely high sometimes problems in Jamaica

| Problems: | sometimes when start my engine it idles very high 1800-2200 rpm. If I switch off and restart it idle normal, but sometime i have to repeat the process several times before it idle normal. What could be causing that problem |
