Problems:the car is not responding to gas, it takes a while to pick up speed and the maximum it can go is 120km/h.
the car retructs speed while in motion even when stepping on gas.

i have a 1997 isuzu wizard 3.0l diesel which had a simislar problem, but after changing the oil and air filter its now able to reach 160km/h even though it has developed a problem of cutting out on low speed or about to slow down
