1991 Opel Kadett E the starting of the engine is not running properly and there is a strange voice when i turn on the radio problems in Iraq

Problems:	Hello The problem is that most the time the engine is not running properly and there is avoice of spark but it is not seen even in the dark please give your advice and your mechanical solutions for this . I would be glad to hear from you
