2002 Hyundai Starex vibration coming from transmission box problems

Problems:we suspect that the vibration coming from the transmission box causes the annoying cranking sound when the car is on idling with the airconditioner on.
Previous car:this is my 4th starex van and i have this problem on this one.

Sir I believe it is time to have your engine tune up by adjusting the valve clearances, after that the engine will sound smoother. The engine is vibrating causing to radiate down to transmission.
