1smf or 2smf size battery will do, 45-50ah rating.
better check car owner's manual for correct type and size of battery..
when you replace the battery, better check the output voltage of your alternator.
the acid coming out of the battery is the result of overcharging alternator voltage regulator.
for I.C type voltage regulators, it is located inside the alternator. to check output voltage, start the engine and connect a multimeter to battery terminal. reading should be 14v with or without accessories turned on.
to connect a multimeter,
place the selector range knob of multimeter to 20-50v range depending on type of multimeter you have, the range must be higher than the electrical device you are measuring voltage >red lead to positive terminal of battery and the black lead wire to negative terminal of battery.

addition:
if voltage is not between 13.5 to 14v ,replace alternator or I.C voltage regulator, check also the wiring of charging system
