Steering noise & jerk problem - honda civic oriel 1.8 2019

| Problems: | I bought Honda Civic 1.8 (2019) last year and used only 41K, from the last few months I feel that when turning steering Left or right it makes a cracking noise and jerking. 2.5 months ago during slow driving the steering was stuck & makes few jerk with crack noise to adjust itself again by the grace of God Alahamdullah i fully control the car & SAFE. I have checked it with Margalla motors Islamabad and they generate a claim number 91000060398 and guide me that it's an assembly manufacturing fault and you should have to ask from the CRM team for further processing. From that day tll now I am daily calling and emailing to crm@honda.com.pk just received acknowledgement reply, that's it. every time they are giving me 45 days and said that parts are not available. I need to highlight this issue on different social media platforms and that Honda lovers don't play with your lives by purchasing Honda civic 1.8 Cars. Please share this thread because its Life taken risk & Honda Quality Control team should check this issue. I am not using my civic from last 2 months. | |
