2001 Honda CR-V engine stays revved up problems

| Problems: | Sometimes the engine stays revved up, even when not going up a hill or speeding up...for ex. if am going 40 mph the rpm is 3.5 and at 60 mpr it stays at 5.5.....This occurs whether am using cruise control or not. |
