2002 Daihatsu Mira max- engine check light and air bags lights is always on problems

Problems:	engine check light and air bags lights is always on. 2-if i drive the car with ac,its hard to run car,if i off the ac then i am able to drive the car. 4th gear have no power and maximum speed is 80KM/H Machanic says that computer detected problm no.22 and 23 and he dose not know about that code averg presure of valvs 140 that is normal what is problem ??????????
