1991 BMW 750IL fuel delivery problems

Problems:The car has been in storage for long periods of time and now it won't start. Is it possible that the fuel filter/s may have clogged up?

Absolutely possible and also very likely,,evacuate ALL gasoline from the tank.Siphon out or air force blow fuel from the lines(disconnect lines by the engine))) and make sure voltage is getting to the pumps(in the trunk rear)connector.....i would then close loop fuel for maybe 5 minutes ((brand new fuel of course)) before adding new filters into supply lines to make sure all gunky fuel has been evacuated from the pumps and lines to the filters. then install new fuel filters(infront of tank ---under carriage)connect the lines by engine and the filters and give it a whirrrrrrrrly.I live in arizona and the climate is just as hot as in so.Africa,but we dont have all those wild beasts roaming about LOL GOOD luck with it.
