| Problems: | I purchased a real estate parcel from a bank managed estate. Included with this purchase is a 1998 BMW 323i TC Baur coupe. Odometer shows 19,000 miles. We are informed that the car has been inactive since 2003. In need of a procedure suggested to bring this car back to life. |
