| you may have a leaking electrical connection that shorts in the rain «water gets in when it rains» the other Q - is your car automatic or manual transmission. Automatic should not do thing like this --- changing transmission fluid may solve...manual transmission may cause this type of hesitation when it lacks fuel or you try to run in a higher gear than it should be...just theories! |
