2005 Toyota Passo what is the meaning of o/d on/ off when i swich on the car problems in Bangladesh

| Problems: | when i switch on the car then O/D light shows on/off and when i get started it became heavy and make sound. after some time it becomes okay automatically.sometimes O/D shows and work properly and sometimes it works wrong.i am getting this problem more then one month.please in form me as soon as possible. |

| O/D function looks out of my control,its some time on and off automatically when I start shoing in miter 0/d of up and down againa agin then car become shake-try to jump, after drive some time its okay automantically, So advise pls if there is any solution |
