Dashboard Problems
 

Hi, I wonder if someone can give me some tips on how to remove the instrument cluster from my 1989 240 GL. I found a screw to the right of the steering column and one to the left under a clip on panel. I cant see any others, but it won't budge. I need to remove it because the trip meter and mileage meter stopped working. Also there seems to be a short or something when the car is stated 3 of the warning lights stay on. After about a minute 2 of them go out, but the third one (brake failure) light stays on. But if I press on the clear plastic lens of the cluster it goes out. It also goes off and on with the bumps on the road. Any ideas etc would be much appreciated. Thank you.
