Instrument panel Lights not working

Hello everyone, I have a Golf III 1994 2.0cc,
i need help with my instrument panel, its not lighting anyone who can help with have done me a good one.
Now the Millage and clock are lighting well, and i can dim them, but the problem is that i can't see what speed am doing at night.
For starters, can you please Show me how to open my Dash, because i think its the little lamps that need to be replaced...
