Toyota OPA Fault code

Help pulling our hair out trying to find fault on a 2001 Toyota OPA ACT10 Chassis 1ZZ Motor 2.0 check engine light Keeps coming on with fault code PO171 RIch bank 1 have already replace o2 sensor as was not switching car runs rough and still runs rich need help next step leaking injector or MAP Sensor? thanks guys great forum
