Change TOYOTA PRIUS 1.5 1999 Language Japanes to English

I just bought Japanese import Prius 1999 yesterday, this is my first experience of any hybrid car, and I am struggling to change the navigation multi display language from Japanese to English could anyone please help me

Could any one please tell me how much the servicing cost from the Toyota Dealership any usual price ? And I heard alot about the battery issue please adivce
